Jill supports the association community as a trusted advisor and educator. Her favorite pandemic work was creating mastermind groups, including one for female nonprofit executives. She is a member of the ASAE CEO Symposium Development Team & Faculty and ASAE Research Foundation DEI Diagnostic Tool Taskforce. McCall’s past includes 15 years of progressive staff service to the American Bar Association, where she began as a career counselor and exited as an education executive. McCall also logged five years with a local construction organization as its top executive, inspiring implementation of a national belonging initiative. Her peers list her core strengths as leadership, strategic planning, and training. She is a lawyer who trained as a journalist and secured her MBA in leadership and change management. She currently lives in Chicagoland with her husband, five children, and West Highland White Terrier.
